Vorontsov is a restaurant of modern Russian cuisine in a relict forest of Yew-boxwood grove on the banks of the Bolshaya Khosta River.
A place where food tells a story, where you want to come back and celebrate the brightest events, spend long evenings with close friends, gather for spiritual gatherings with your family.
The flaming heart of the restaurant is a Russian oven. In it we prepare dishes that will drive your taste buds crazy: lamb shoulder, Black Sea flounder, tender duck fillet, homemade chicken in a pot, porridge for breakfast in a pot with pumpkin and raisins, pies, dumplings!
Every day we bake the author's yeast-free bread on a branded sourdough.
